Toughest Cowboy now on Wednesday nights!

Anyone who knows me can tell you that I am a huge fan of Spike TV's series "World's Toughest Cowboy". My original favorite cowboy was the Australian Lance Kelly (that guy can RIDE!), who was eliminated a couple of weeks back. After Kelly's disqualification, I decided I'm rooting for Charlie Barker from Oregon. We'll see what happens tonight, but I am thinking that it's Fisher's turn to be eliminated...after all, he can't survive the knockout round forever! They say the third time's the charm - so what does that make the fourth? I'm just hoping he doesn't knock out (no pun intended) someone I really like this week...I'm honestly starting to get tired of his whining everytime he does poorly.

Ok, moving on.

Did everyone like the snow? We have not had a storm dump that much snow since I moved to NC five years ago! We took my daughter to the park the first afternoon after the storm - she loved kicking up the snow and stomping through it.

I might be crazy, but I just started another story at the same time as "One Last Ride". It was based off a strange dream I had the other night and was just too good to pass by. You might see some similarities to my main character in "One Last Ride" at the moment, but I am working at defining their personalities. My problem, I think, is that I have mentally developed this one female character I unconsciously use for all my novels. Hopefully I can soon break that mold.

My new story is called "Indian Summer" but before you can read any of it, I have to completely rewrite the prologue. I wrote the original very late at night and ended up with a jumbled mass of information. Once I get it straightened out, I will make it public on here.
