Amy has been writing since an early age, inspired by her childhood love of Westerns and historical fiction authors such as Janette Oke, among others. In 2007, Amy's first novel, "Above and Beyond" was released by PublishAmerica -- a historical fiction drama relating the stories of four servicemen caught up in the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor.
