Amy has been writing since her early teens. Her favorite genre is historical fiction, inspired by her childhood love of Westerns. In 2007 her book "Above and Beyond" was first put into print by PublishAmerica. The novel, which was also accepted by Tate Publishing, is the tale of 4 young American soldiers caught up in the drama and terror surrounding the 1941 bombing of Pearl Harbor.
All of Amy's stories are written with young adults in mind. Therefore you will not find excessive swearing and/or graphic scenes in any of her novels. She feels that the best stories are based on character and its development.
